Celui-ci se compose d'une entrée/ cuisine entièrement équipée, un grand séjour avec une grande baie vitrée donnant à cet appartement une luminosité superbe. Un coin couchage avec un lit de 140 cm et une armoire permettent de délimiter cette pièce entièrement ouverte. La salle de bain est équipée d'une douche à l'italienne, lavabo et espace de rangement.
