The exteriors are designed to fully enjoy the sun on a terrace of approximately 60 m2.
Its privileged location will allow you to enjoy Quiberon on foot or by bicycle.
The inner courtyard can accommodate up to 2 cars (secure space with an electric gate)
On the Ground Floor:
- A bright and cozy living room
- A living space with a friendly dining area
- A fitted and equipped kitchen
- A separate toilet
- 1 Bedroom called master suite with a 140cm bed + bathroom
On the upper floor:
- Bathroom with bathtub + toilet
- 1 Bedroom equipped with a 140cm bed
- 2 Bedrooms equipped with a bunk bed including 1 bed 140 cm and 1 bed 90 cm on the upper part.
All rooms have storage spaces.

The main equipment provided: Wifi, television, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, barbecue, board games, garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol, bicycles available, outdoor shower.....
The fitted kitchen is equipped and accessorized: dishwasher, induction hobs, oven, extractor hood, microwave, two-door refrigerator with its freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker (Nespresso), kettle, raclette maker, and all the necessary utensils to prepare good meals...
In the garage, 1 second refrigerator is available.
Household linen is not provided, but you can request it as an optional extra if needed.
Housekeeping is the responsibility of the traveler, but can also be booked as an additional service.
